Zesty Sriracha Glazed Chicken

2 tablespoons honey
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: sliced green onions or sesame seeds


In a mixing bowl, combine sriracha sauce, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper, stirring until well blended.
Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the sriracha mixture over the chicken, ensuring even coating. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor infusion.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly grease grill grates to prevent sticking.
Remove chicken from marinade, shaking off excess. Discard remaining marinade.
Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Juices should run clear.
