•Ingredients:
4 slices of cheese (optional)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20 blend)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Dash of hot sauce (optional)
Lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles (optional, for topping)
•Instructions:
Preheat your grill or skillet to high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce (if using). This is your signature sauce.
Divide ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into balls.
