2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 ounces spaghetti noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and add the softened cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until melted and smooth.
Stir in the sour cream, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined and creamy.
If using, add the cooked ground beef or sausage to the skillet, stirring until evenly distributed.
Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet, tossing until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
Transfer the creamy spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the spaghetti.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
