Creamy Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

6 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups frozen hash browns
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: diced cooked bacon, diced ham, chopped green onions


Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread the frozen hash browns evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
