Quick and Simple Banana Cake Recipe Using Cake Mix

3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 box yellow cake mix
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, mashed bananas, eggs, vegetable oil or melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
