Savory Sausage Ball Delight

2 cups (200g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups (180g) baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
1 pound (450g) ground sausage (pork or turkey)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Dipping sauces of your choice (e.g., hot sriracha mayo, honey mustard, barbecue sauce)


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley flakes. Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each ball.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
