•Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

•Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, melted butter, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.
Add the cubed sirloin steak to the bowl and toss until the steak pieces are evenly coated with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 7-10 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness and the thickness of the steak.
